Can't even imagine how much it would cost to have these things made but they are excellent quality and look great.  AS usual the table will come with the best Brunswick Centennial balls, new cues, and your choice of cloth.  I will also be putting new cushions on the table so it plays like new. I will deliver and set the table up if your not that far from me.  I am not shipping the table so unless you have a way to pick it up please don't ask me.  This package really looks great and has some nice history.
